We’re excited to announce our involvement in a major new production of Das Rheingold, the iconic prologue to Wagner’s Ring Cycle, premiering in 2026 at the Salzburg Easter Festival.
This reimagining of Wagner’s mythic world is directed by visionary filmmaker and theater director Kirill Serebrennikov, with musical direction by Kirill Petrenko. Christian Gerhaher will make his role debut as Wotan, joined by dramaturg Daniil Orlov and visual collaborator Olga Pavluk.
As part of the creative team, we’ve been invited to design and build sculptural works that will transform the stage space—material reflections of power, transformation, and the human condition. It’s an honor to contribute to a production that speaks to themes we continually explore: the shifting nature of humanity and its future.
